Absolutely. Pre-event promos and trailers are one of our favourite things to make. A short, energetic piece sent to your list or posted on social a few weeks out is one of the most effective ways to sell tickets and fill the room.

Whenever we can. A walkthrough ahead of time lets us plan camera positions, check the lighting and power situation, and coordinate with the venue so there are no surprises on the day.

It depends on the event. Most galas and conferences get two or three cameras and a two-person crew, which lets us cover the stage, the room, and candid moments at the same time. Larger productions and livestreams scale up from there.

No. We arrive early, set up before guests arrive, and work from positions that don't block sightlines or get in the way of servers and speakers. Our goal is for guests to forget we're there.

Yes. We shoot on Sony Cinema Line cameras that handle low light exceptionally well, and we bring a lighting kit for interviews and key moments that won't wash out the room's atmosphere.

Yes, and we like to. We coordinate with your AV or production team ahead of time for audio feeds, screen content, and stage lighting so everything looks and sounds right on camera.

Yes. We offer multi-camera livestreaming for conferences, fundraisers, and hybrid events so your remote audience gets a polished broadcast rather than a phone on a tripod.

Definitely. Short on-site interviews with speakers, donors, sponsors, and guests are a great addition to a recap and give you extra content to use throughout the year. We keep them relaxed and quick so nobody misses the party.

Yes. We work with a number of event photographers and can bundle photography into your package, so you get one crew to coordinate, one point of contact, and one invoice for both video and photos. Just mention it when you inquire and we'll include it in your quote.

Recap and highlight films are delivered within three business days of the event. If you want same-day social clips, we can cut short vertical pieces during or immediately after the event so you can post while the buzz is still live.

Typically a polished recap film, a set of social-ready vertical cuts, and any full-length recordings of speeches or presentations you want kept. Everything is delivered in 4K with properly licensed music, so you'll never have copyright issues when posting online.

Two rounds of revisions are included with every project. Additional rounds beyond that can be accommodated for a small additional fee.

It depends on how many hours we're on site, how many cameras you need, and which deliverables you want (recap, social clips, screen content, livestream). We provide a detailed quote after a free 30-minute consultation where we understand your event and goals. We also offer discounts for non-profits and charities.

Yes. We're based in Vancouver and Abbotsford and regularly cover events from Vancouver to Chilliwack, including Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Langley, Mission, and everywhere in between. Travel inside our regular service area is included in our project fees.

Yes. For larger projects, we offer payment plans with 25% due at booking and 75% upon final delivery. For multi-event agreements, we can discuss custom payment schedules.
